√ Check-In time: - 12:00 Noon - Check-Out time: - 11:00 AM next day.
√ Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability 30% of Room Rent.
√ UnMarried couples are not allowed.
√ All rooms are strictly non - smoking. But smoking is allowed in the balcony.
√There is a penalty towards replacement cost, if the keys (of the room & safe) are lost or damaged
√Proof of identity (Passport - all foreign guests, Voters ID / Driving License/ PAN Card / Credit Card with Photo for Indian Guests, without passport) is mandatory along with a valid email account. No Indian guests will be allowed to check-in without proof of identity.
√All foreign guests will have to fill Form C ( Submitted to Police & Foreigners Registration office ) in compliance with the Rules 14 of Foreigners Registration Act.

Cancellation policy :

All cancellation / change of date require an email.
√ Cancellation 7 Days before of Checkin shall entiled for full refund and before 48 hr shall be 50% refund of Booking amount.
√Last minutes Booking cancellation shall not be entertained.
